#Workflow

  1. Gather inputs -- Objective, outcomes, attendees, duration, date, prior materials
  2. Choose format -- Status, decision, planning, retro, 1:1, or brainstorming template
  3. Build the agenda -- Adapt template with context, goals, owners, timeboxes, and prep asks
  4. Enrich with research -- Add market facts, benchmarks, risks, best practices with citations
  5. Finalize and share -- Add next steps, create/link tasks, keep changelog for updates
